Enjoy a gentle Yoga class for all levels. A class for a softer, more slow-paced and relaxing practice. This is a well-supported yoga class with Sun Salutations and Asanas.  Classes run throughout the year and drop-ins are welcome, no registration. Passes can be purchased from the instructors  (payments may be made via cash, check or M/O).

Cardio-Barre

6:30 pm - 7:25 pm

This Barre class will lift you in all the right places, trim, tighten and tone your body, targeting individual muscle groups in arms, legs and core. Barre is a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Dance movements. We move to upbeat music. See you at the Barre!

Classes run throughout the year and drop-ins are welcome, no registration. Passes can be purchased from the instructors  (payments may be made via cash, check or M/O).

YOGA FLOW

A Yoga class for all levels! Welcome new students to try out for the first time or a bit more experienced. There is something for everyone. We do Sun Salutations, Asanas and keep the body moving in a slow flow as we build strength, taking time to get into the poses. There is always a meditative rest at the end. The music is peaceful and calm.

Classes run throughout the year and drop-ins are welcome, no registration needed. Passes can be purchased from the instructors  (payments may be made via cash, check or M/O).

This Yoga class embraces all the elements of what Yoga offers and more. We do Sun Salutations, Asanas and keep the body moving in a flow as we build strength. The flowing from movement to movement as we go up mountains and down valleys with a meditative rest at the end. The music adds energy to the class.
